About this Series -
We’ve all been there. We’ve heard the same complaints from our students when it comes to Islamic Studies.
“Everything is haram! Why do we have so many rules? What’s the point of praying if everything is going wrong in my life?”
Our students are struggling with their Islamic worldview. They are struggling to connect with their Creator, the Lord of the Universe. This is causing our students to question their faith and reject it all together. This was our struggle, too. So we decided to do something about it.
We listened to our students, teachers and parents and decided to develop a unique Islamic Studies curriculum which is still grounded in the authentic teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.
Our team of Islamic scholars, teachers, and mental health professionals embarked upon a bold, multi-year initiative to develop an Islamic Studies curriculum which meets the immediate spiritual, mental, and emotional needs of Muslim youth.
Our books are unique and different from other Islamic Studies textbooks and series. We intentionally designed this curriculum with our youth in mind. These books are written in a mentoring tone. It addresses the students directly in a loving, conversational style. Instead of lecturing students, it encourages students to learn, develop their relationship with Allah.
Each unit contains essential questions to help the teacher and students focus on the main ideas of each unit. Additionally you will find a list of vocabulary words, activities, reflection questions and much more.
