'The aim of this work to bring the Tafsir Ma'ani of the Qur'an in the Soomaali Language to the wider soomaali society; where ever they may reside. Qur'an cant be translated (justifiably) according to some of the early schollars but however one can deduce the understanding of those 'Arabic words into ones language. We have tried to make this tafsiir as acrute as possible while choosing the words that might be in close translation of what is meant by it. So therefore this book is not the Qur'aan itself; which is recited; which brings tears on to the heart.
This Tafsir contains the understanding of the tafsir by At-Tabari; Al-Qurdubi and that of ibn Kathir.'
